Reservation and renting of apartments on a daily / short-term basis
- Your reservation is confirmed only upon payment of the deposit. Until then, the apartment is deemed vacant and may be offered to another client.
- The deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation or altered arrangement by the client (postponing the date of checking in or checking out on an earlier date).
- In the event of any reserved apartment being unavailable due to some reasons, Kvart-Hotel undertakes to provide an alternative apartment of equivalent or higher category at a price agreed upon during reservation, or refund the deposit to the client and pay a cancellation penalty in the amount of a day rent for the apartment in question.
- The outstanding amount is to be paid not later than on the check-in date. When checking in, the client also has to make a cash deposit in the amount of a day's rent, serving as a property / keys preservation guarantee. This deposit is refundable during check-out upon return of the apartment keys. In the event of any damage to the property, you will be required to fully compensate the damage.
- The rent includes regular cleaning of the apartment (twice a week for the entire duration of your stay) and a change of bed linen once week.
- While Kvart-Hotel does not organize meals, all apartments offered by the company have kitchens equipped with all necessary appliances and utensils.
- The check-out hour is 12:00. Guests have to check out before 12:00 and check in not earlier than at 14:00. Early arrival (from 08:00 to 13:00) and late departure (from 12:00 to 19:00) are charged as 50% of the day's rent. Extending or reducing the duration of stay have to be agreed with the company representative in advance.
- The company reserves the right to terminate the apartment rent contract in the event of any disturbance of public peace by the guest.
- Kvart-Hotel shall not be responsible for the safety of your valuables left in the apartment during your stay.
