Apartments' daily rental rates shown in the catalog include all apartment operating expenses and utility bills (including electricity) for the duration of your stay. However, rental rates exclude long-distance and international phone calls. Such calls can be made via alternative phone cards (the phones in our apartments do not have a direct long-distance / international access). Daily rental rates are fixed as of the day on which the reservation is made or the reservation conditions are discussed
When making a reservation, the client must make a deposit in the amount of a day's rent. The outstanding amount is to be paid not later than on the check-in date. The deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation or altered arrangement by the client (postponing the date of checking in or checking out on an earlier date). If, after paying for the accommodation, due to some reasons you decide to check out on an earlier date, the outstanding rent will be refunded to you less the cancellation penalty in the amount of a day's rent.
When checking in, the client also has to make a cash deposit in the amount of a day's rent, serving as a property / keys preservation guarantee. This deposit is refundable during check-out upon return of the apartment keys
Kvart-Hotel offers special discount cards to regular clients. The discount is 5% of the total accommodation bill amount. To participate in our discount program, you need to acquire a Kvart-Hotel discount card in our office or during check-in.
'Gaps', or a limited number of days when a given apartment remains empty in-between occupancy periods, are a pretty common phenomenon. During this time, the apartment becomes a 'hot offer' to be rented at a discounted rate.
When necessary, Kvart-Hotel provides all receipts evidencing the expenses incurred by the client when renting a Moscow apartment
