You have to tell us the time of your arrival in advance. The accommodation manager will meet you at the address where the apartment is located at the hour specified. You can sign the apartment rent contract, pay for the accommodation and obtain the apartment keys right there when checking in. Please note that you have to notify us of the time of your arrival no later than by 14:00 of the day preceding the day of your check-in, otherwise, we cannot guarantee that your check-in will be organized at a time convenient for you. If you know that you are going to be late for the check-in for more than an hour, you will have to notify us accordingly 1 hour before the agreed check-in time and agree on an altered arrangement. Otherwise, you will have to pay 300 rubles to the accommodation manager for having to supervise your check-in for a second time
- Can I pay for the accommodation by a plastic card?
Of course, when the client chooses to pay for the accommodation by VISA International, MasterCard Worldwide, DINERS CLUB International, JCB International or STB-card, to make the transaction, the card owner has to arrive to the company office in person on the day of checking in. In this case, the deposit in the amount of a day's rent as provided under clause 2.3 of the apartment rent contract is to be paid in cash (this deposit is refundable in cash during check-out). In the event of a late arrival, you can make such payment in our office on the next day provided that you have paid for your first day in the apartment in cash when checking in
- Can I pay in cash when checking in?
Yes, you can. When choosing to pay in cash during the check-in, you will have to pay the entire rent amount (including the insurance deposit) at once. If the entire rent amount is not paid during the check-in, the procedure for paying the outstanding amount must be agreed upon with the booking service managers no later than 24 hours prior to the check-in date. The outstanding amount may be paid in our office or at the apartment (however, each additional trip made by the manager to the apartment will cost you an extra 300 rubles).

Being oriented to long-term cooperation, we have devised a discount program for our regular clients.

Naturally. We provide all accountable receipts necessary for accounting purposes

We DO NOT use the services of middlemen and DO NOT CHARGE COMMISSION because all the apartments shown in our catalog are fully managed by Kvart-Hotel.
- Do you have a check-out hour similar to that used by hotels?
Yes. The check-out hour is 12:00 irrespectively of the actual time of your check-in. Standard check-in time is after 14:00, standard check-out time – before 12:00. Organization of an early arrival or late departure has to be agreed when making the reservation. In this case, early arrival (from 08:00 to 14:00) and late departure (from 12:00 to 19:00) are charged additionally as 50% of the day's rent. An even earlier arrival (before 08:00) or a later departure (after 19:00) are charged as a full day's rent
- Does the apartment rent rate vary with the number of guests staying?
The apartment rent remains unchanged irrespectively of the number of guests staying. However, you have to remember that the number of people staying in the apartment may not exceed the specified maximum.
- What is included into the rent?
The apartment rent includes the right of individual occupancy and use of the apartment and all property therein for the paid rent period (with the check-out hour being 12:00), all apartment operating expenses and utility bills (including electricity) for the duration of your stay as well as apartment cleaning (twice a week) and bed linen changing (once a week) services. Long-distance and international phone calls are paid extra.
- Do you organize meals?
No, we don't. However, all our apartments are equipped with appliances and tableware needed for cooking in the apartment. In addition, almost all our apartments are located in downtown areas with a well-developed infrastructure, so finding a suitable catering outlet will present no problem.
- Do you assist with registration of foreign nationals with the Moscow authorities?
Yes, we offer assistance in registration for foreign nationals, information support on all issues relating to staying in Moscow, and organization of transfer.
- Can I use Kvart-Hotel services if I plan to stay in Moscow only for a day?
A minimum rent period for any apartment is 2 days. However, whenever any 'occupancy gaps' occur, the duration of stay may be limited to one day
- If I need to depart on an earlier date, can I get back the unused rent amount?
If, after paying for the accommodation, due to some reasons you decide to check out on an earlier date, the outstanding rent will be refunded to you less the cancellation penalty in the amount of a day's rent
- Is it possible that the apartment I make a reservation for is actually rented to another, 'higher-gain' client? ?
We don't distinguish between 'high-gain' and 'low-gain' clients. Once the deposit is made, you are guaranteed to stay in the apartment of your choice. In the event of any force-majeure circumstances (beyond our control), we will provide you an alternative apartment of equivalent or higher category, or refund the deposit and pay a cancellation penalty in the amount of a day's rent for the apartment in question.
- How do I pay the rent?
Your reservation will be confirmed only upon payment of the deposit. The deposit can be made by:
- A bank transfer to our account;
- A cash payment in our office;
- Plastic card (we accept VISA International, MasterCard Worldwide, DINERS CLUB International, JCB International and STB-Card);
- An electronic payment made through any Russian Post branch;
- An electronic transfer via the Yandex-Money system (Yandex-Money electronic purse # 41001155711415). ;
