You can make a reservation through our phone booking service by +7 (495) 921-14-24 within normal working hours - 9:00-20:00 (Moscow time) from Monday to Friday and 10:00-18:00 on weekends and holidays.

The reservation is confirmed upon receipt of a deposit in the amount of a day's rent

Reservations can be cancelled via the same phone. Please note that the deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation or altered arrangement by the client (postponing the date of checking in or checking out on an earlier date).

In the event of any reserved apartment being unavailable due to some reasons, Kvart-Hotel undertakes to provide an alternative apartment of equivalent or higher category at a price agreed upon during reservation, or refund the deposit to the client and pay a cancellation penalty in the amount of a day rent for the apartment in question.
