Check-out hour
The check-out hour is 12:00. Standard check-in time is 14:00, standard check-out time – 12:00. Early arrival (from 08:00 to 14:00) and late departure (from 12:00 to 19:00) are charged at 50% of the day's rent. Organizing a check-in at nighttime (from 23:00 to 6:30) results in an additional 1500-ruble charge.

international and intercity calls, we recommend you to buy alternative
call cards. For cheap calls from your cell phone, you can buy SIM-cards of
the Moscow cell phone operator Megafon from our manager at the time of
settling in your apartment, or at our office. SIM-card price: 150 rubles,
30 of which will be credited to your starting balance.
Comfort
The apartment is equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay, including tea, coffee, sugar, city directory, shampoo, soap, shower gel and other consumables. A full set of bed linen of high-quality white sateen and white terry towels are also provided
Services
Apartments are cleaned free of charge twice a week, bed linen and towels are changed once a week. If done more frequently, each additional cleaning will cost 500 rubles, while each additional change of bed linen – 500 rubles per set.
